Atlanta Public Schools (APS) is committed to helping families connect with the support they need. Families can find financial assistance, food pantries, medical care, mental health resources, and other free or low-cost services throughout Metro Atlanta and beyond.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available 24/7:

  • Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

  • Chat online through the Lifeline website

  • Text HOME to 741741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor (multiple languages available)

  • If this is an emergency, call 911 immediately
