CTAE

The Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) program at Coretta Scott King Young Women’s Leadership Academy equips scholars with the knowledge, technical skills, and real-world experience they need to excel in college, careers, and the global workforce. Through hands-on learning and industry-aligned instruction, CTAE empowers students to explore emerging fields, build leadership skills, and develop a strong foundation for future success.

At CSKYWLA, our CTAE program is uniquely designed to prepare young women for high-demand, forward-thinking careers through four signature pathways:

Public Health

Students learn about health promotion, disease prevention, and community wellness. This pathway prepares scholars for careers in healthcare, epidemiology, health education, and other public health professions.

Veterinary Sciences

Scholars explore animal care, nutrition, behavior, and medical treatment while developing foundational skills for careers in veterinary medicine, animal science, and related fields.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Students gain experience with machine learning, automation, predictive modeling, and responsible AI use. This pathway builds essential competencies for careers in robotics, data science, and emerging technology sectors.

Computer Science
